OBRUCHÉV CONSULTING, one of the largest international consulting groups, extends this expertise to clients worldwide, providing strategic advisory, and business development solutions. Through Obruchev Consulting, the Group leverages its industrial knowledge and global relationships to help organizations navigate complex markets and achieve sustainable growth.
Since its first international expansion in 2019, OBRUCHEV Group has established a global presence headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, Kumasi, Ghana, and New York City, with operations spanning multiple sectors across 50+ countries on 5 continents. Today, it employs hundreds of professionals worldwide, combining a legacy of entrepreneurial vision with an empowering new world approach to global development.

Ethan A. Ansah
Founder and President
Ethan A. ANSAH, the pioneer behind the core initiatives of OBRUCHEV Group, began his professional career in 2014. He continues to serve as Chairman of OBRUCHEV Group, bringing 12 years of experience in the business world.
Born on December 2, 1997, in Gaithersburg, Maryland, Ethan A. ANSAH was introduced to business at an early age through close relatives and mentors. He focused on sales and marketing during the initial phases of his career and played a key role in the growth and diversification of his family's business as the eldest son of the ANSAH family.
In 2020, he established his first foreign trade relations, identifying opportunities created by the COVID-19 pandemic. He began cooperating with operators in Russia, Panama, and West Africa, launching his first imported trade ventures.
Believing that the family business should not be confined to one region, he relocated parts of the network to Switzerland in 2024 and entered the gold sector, driving rapid development and company growth.
During 2024, he led three successful acquisitions and also participated in tenders from six different companies across various sectors organized by a Privatization Group. He withdrew from these tenders after reviewing them as unsuitable for his financial and strategic objectives.
As Chairman, he has guided OBRUCHEV Group's entry into the commodities production industry and played an active role in modernizing assets and increasing the market share of the Group's companies. His focus remains on enhancing profitability and operational efficiency.
Following the establishment of the business structure, Ethan A. ANSAH has actively overseen the company's growth through daily involvement, positioning OBRUCHEV Group as a key player in the international market. He initiated the transformation of the Group's subsidiaries into an international brand by focusing on global acquisitions and business development.
Closely involved in financial management and market operations, he has ensured the integration of industrial facilities in multiple countries into the Group and continues to drive entrepreneurial activities.
Ethan A. ANSAH is unmarried, has no children, and divides his time between New York and Florida.
Linford Asare
Managing Director and Vice President
Linford Asare is the Managing Director and Vice President of OBRUCHEV Group. He was born on February 5, 1995, in Ghana. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Rural Environment from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He began his career developing expertise in operational efficiency, strategic planning, and market analysis, quickly proving himself as a highly analytical and results-oriented executive.
Linford Asare joined OBRUCHEV Group in 2018, where he contributed to shaping the company's strategic direction and optimizing operational processes. Early in his tenure, he led initiatives to expand the Group's commercial footprint and forge key international partnerships, ensuring that the company remained competitive across multiple sectors.
Today, OBRUCHEV Group is a diversified industrial and commercial organization, active in commodities, logistics, industrial operations, and international trade, with Linford Asare recognized as a driving force behind its operational excellence and strategic growth. Under his leadership, the Group has strengthened its market position, modernized key operations, and executed high-impact projects with measurable outcomes.
In addition to his responsibilities at OBRUCHEV Group, Linford Asare is actively involved in overseeing the Group's financial management, market development, and international business initiatives. His leadership is characterized by analytical rigor, strategic foresight, and operational discipline.

Wisdom Kwarteng
Chief Technology Officer and Director of Technical Operations
Wisdom Kwarteng is the Chief Technology Officer and Director of Technical Operations at OBRUCHEV Group. He was born in Ghana and holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Ghana, where he developed a rigorous analytical foundation that would later define his approach to systems and enterprise-scale technical infrastructure.
With more than eight years of experience in advanced technical operations and systems development, Wisdom Kwarteng has built a reputation for designing high-performance operational frameworks that enable complex organizations to operate with precision, reliability, and scalability. His expertise lies in translating mathematical reasoning and structured analysis into practical enterprise systems that support large-scale industrial and commercial operations.
Wisdom Kwarteng joined OBRUCHEV Group in 2024, where he quickly became a key figure in strengthening the company's technological and operational capabilities. Early in his tenure, he led the development and modernization of the Group's technical infrastructure, introducing disciplined system architecture and operational technologies that significantly enhanced efficiency, coordination, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
As Chief Technology Officer, Wisdom Kwarteng is responsible for the strategic direction of the Group's technological development and the performance of its technical operations. He oversees the design, integration, and management of enterprise systems that support the Group's international business activities, ensuring that OBRUCHEV Group maintains a robust technological foundation capable of sustaining growth across multiple sectors and markets.
In addition to his responsibilities as CTO, Wisdom Kwarteng leads the Group's technical operations, systems architecture, and infrastructure development, ensuring that each business division benefits from secure, scalable, and high-performance technological frameworks.
His leadership reflects a rare combination of mathematical precision, strategic thinking, and operational execution, enabling OBRUCHEV Group to operate with the technical sophistication required in modern global markets.
Martin Sarpong
Director of International Affairs and Vice President
Born in Ghana on October 18, 1995, Martin Sarpong is the Director of International Affairs and Vice President of OBRUCHEV Group. He is an alumnus of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, where he developed a strong academic foundation in international business dynamics, strategic analysis, and global market development.
Martin Sarpong began building his professional career with a strong focus on international strategy, cross-border partnerships, and global commercial development. His work has consistently centered on understanding international market structures, identifying emerging opportunities, and building the relationships required to support long-term global expansion.
Martin Sarpong joined OBRUCHEV Group in 2024, where he quickly assumed a central role in advancing the organization's international initiatives. As Director of International Affairs and Vice President, he has contributed significantly to strengthening the Group's global presence and establishing the framework for international partnerships across multiple regions.
He has undertaken a range of responsibilities that support the company's international positioning and long-term strategic development. Key aspects of his role within OBRUCHEV Group include:
